Drop-off & Service Request

For your convenience, our office is open Monday through Saturday for drop-off service from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM,

extensive training and development programs. Our supervisors constantly provides on-going training and supervision to the drivers.

By keeping in constant touch with our operations center through advanced technologies, such as wireless phones, pagers and 2-way radios,

GPS-Navigation Systems, and Internet, drivers are made aware of traffic problems, road hazards, and closures; thus easily

rerouting deliveries to maintain our excellent on-time record.

Our Fleet

Our late model vehicles is well maintained & inspected for safety, and to minimize mechanical breakdowns & related delays.

Drivers are trained to perform regular daily maintenance checks (spare tire, fuel, oil, coolant, tires, and brake fluid checks)

Supervision

Our supervisors train our drivers carefully on their respective route, stressing driver safety and traffic rules.

Each driver is trained on a particular route which they follow each day. All routes are planned & prepared ahead, to ensure our

drivers have sufficient time to complete their route efficiently.

Recovery Plan

CalifEX's disaster recovery plan includes the storage of backup copies of all customer records in electronic form at an off-site location.

We are committed to perform all scheduled services unless: the areas or businesses are closed during emergency, drivers are not allowed to

access to the location, or there is danger to their safety.

In the event that the premises are damaged as a result of the fire, earthquake, other natural disaster, we can direct the entire operation

remotely to guarantee communication between CalifEX, our customers & our employees to perform all of our scheduled pick-ups and deliveries.
